Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare operations or customer service.
• Strong communication and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment; support clinician and staff engagement.
• Handle schedule prep and ensure paperwork, demographics, and chart readiness.
• Perform general front office duties and maintain a clean, professional space.
• Communicate with patients, clinicians, and peers to support care and satisfaction.
• Assist with patient questions on billing, scheduling, and portal issues.
