Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and support clinician engagement.
• Schedule prep and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Manage front desk and patient check-in/out.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and portal issues.
• Handle urgent requests and triage patient issues.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance eligibility.
• Coordinate with clinicians on patient questions.
