• Assist patients with history, consent, and payment forms as needed.
• Verify insurance and enter details in the EMR.
• Receive and process payments for medical services.
• Review patient accounts for delinquencies and collect overdue payments.
• Maintain a balanced money drawer.
• Accept deliveries and distribute as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
