Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator in Dallas to greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and keep front desk operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

No optical experience is required as training will be provided; weekend and evening shifts may be required to support patient needs and doctor availability. You will learn about insurance options and contribute to a positive patient experience and timely care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering top service
• Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to wear multiple hats

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience
• Verify insurance options and educate patients during check in/out
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with doctor availability
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and support staff as needed
• Cross-train to other office roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience
