Responsibilities

• Work with both Ankle & Foot Surgeons.
• Always greet patients with a smile, be helpful and polite.
• Answer Phones/Return Messages.
• Check patients in and out.
• Schedule Follow-Up Appointments.
• Confirm appointments for the next day.
• Collect Copays and Co-ins payments.
• Ensure proper forms are signed before checkout.
• Closing out for the day.
