Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team in a full-time role. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with insurance verification in a busy radiology setting.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Register patients and relay messages between patients and center staff.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and pre-certify exams with the insurer.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and scheduling of imaging orders.
