RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate with referring professionals in a cheerful, professional manner.

The role focuses on registration, scheduling, and insurance processing, with responsibilities spanning patient check-in, appointments, and coordination of imaging services across the center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in a friendly manner; direct to Center Team Members as needed.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and pre-authorize exams with insurers.
• Assist with scheduling referrals, orders, and appointments; maintain referring physician database.
