Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. Fort Worth seeks a Hospitality Manager, Patient Experience to lead daily Patient Services operations, ensuring safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.

You will guide the Food and Nutrition Services team as a key healthcare leader, coordinating a patient tray system and daily floor stock while managing costs and performance improvements. The role requires a BS in Nutrition or Dietetics, supervisory experience in healthcare, and familiarity with HACCP and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in nutrition services, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage staff, training, and performance improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Patient Services to ensure patient and employee satisfaction and safety.
• Lead the Food and Nutrition Services team as a healthcare leader within the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage patient tray delivery system and floor stock coordination with cost monitoring.
• Implement performance improvement and quality control programs for Food and Nutrition Services.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and counsel staff following hospital HR policies.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with HACCP, TJC, CMS, and related standards.
• Participate on hospital committees and liaise with IT&S for on-site systems.
• Promote patient interactions and service recovery; provide staff education and certifications.
