Job summary

Medical City Plano is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager, Patient Experience to lead the daily operations of Patient Services, ensuring patient and employee satisfaction, safety, and HACCP compliance. This role serves as a Food and Nutrition Services Leader within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

The position oversees tray delivery, floor stock coordination, and staff development, while monitoring costs and driving quality and regulatory adherence across the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory/management experience in healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics required or preferred.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Licensed Dietitian (LD) preferred, or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Patient Services with focus on patient and employee satisfaction, safety, and HACCP compliance.
• Manage patient tray delivery system and coordination of floor stock delivery.
• Monitor costs and provide financial reports; implement performance improvement and quality control programs.
• Hire, train, coach, and counsel staff per HR policies; ensure timely documentation.
