Responsabilidades

• Supervise all patient food service activities including tray line, diet office, floor stock, and reprocessing.
• Maintain and improve standards of food service and procedures.
• Ensure department areas and equipment are set up for optimal operation.
• Evaluate patient menu selections and adjust with diet orders and patient preferences.
• Inspect trays for 100% accuracy on the tray line.
