Job summary

You will collaborate with regional leaders, physicians, and teams to enable data access, coach on utilization, and monitor quality assurance across PX initiatives, including ICARE principles and volunteer program support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with patient experience analytics or QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead PX data analytics and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement PX improvements.
• Educate teams on data utilization and action planning.
