Great River Health Systems in Southeast Iowa seeks a health services analyst to coordinate the patient satisfaction survey process across locations, working with hospital leaders and the vendor to collect and analyze data. You will drive actionable insights and support improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience.

You will facilitate performance improvement activities, assist with regulatory compliance in collaboration with departments, and ensure data-driven follow-up across

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred.
• 1-3 years hospital/clinical experience required.
• 1-3 years patient satisfaction experience preferred.
• 1-3 years performance and process improvement/LEAN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient satisfaction survey process with hospital leaders and the vendor.
• Analyze patient satisfaction and complaint data and facilitate improvements.
• Provide data collection, analysis and follow-up for performance improvement activities.
• Facilitate performance improvement activities with groups throughout the health system.
• Assist with assuring compliance with regulatory agencies in collaboration with departments.
