Job summary

UC Health is seeking a Patient Experience Consultant to execute the system's plan for patients, families, and guest experience across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings. The role partners with leaders to drive patient experience strategy through education, role modeling, problem solving, and onsite coaching.

The incumbent will leverage data analytics and best practices to educate and train staff, fostering a patient-centered service culture and measurable improvements across UC Health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Licensed clinical professional with current direct-patient-care license (RN/RT/PT, etc.).
• 3–5 years minimum experience; 6–10 years preferred in healthcare or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Leads service improvement via documentation, analysis of processes and design of new workflows.
• Uses UC Health Way PI framework to drive improvement initiatives.
• Researches best practices and integrates data-driven improvement into performance activities.
• Creates education and training materials to reach a broad audience and improve care delivery.
• Leads Patient & Family Advisory Councils activities and feedback dissemination.
• May require travel between UC Health sites depending on assignment.
