Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is required.
• Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones with a welcoming attitude.
• Check-in patients and verify appointment and billing information.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Collect co-pays and co-insurance from patients.
• Process New Patient Intake and Registration, reviewing paperwork for completeness.
• Enter patient demographics and review benefits with patients.
