Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare setting experience is desirable.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/out.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage cancellations.
• Maintain and update patient records in the EHR.
• Coordinate referrals and diagnostic tests.
• Verify insurance and manage prior authorizations.
• Handle billing and collect co-pays and balances.
• Communicate with clinical staff to support patient care.
