Job summary

Paradigm Oral Health in Longview, TX is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to connect clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. You will guide patients through treatment plans, explain financial options, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Medical or dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
• Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
• Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
• Collects payments from patients in a professional manner.
• Understands treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans.
• Communicates treatment options and costs to the patient.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information per HIPAA.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
