Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician/Front Desk associate to deliver outstanding patient service at our on-site store location. You will help drive sales while ensuring a smooth flow between clinical services and retail teams, greeting patients, and supporting eye care needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen actively.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and identify needs to facilitate sales.
• Promote products and services and coordinate with clinical services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history in the system.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep patients informed.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with basic housekeeping.
• Assist with lens edging and delivery timelines to ensure accuracy.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems.
• Support the team to meet service commitments and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
