Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with patient scheduling & EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar across clinics.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality.
• Assist clinic operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Protect patient information and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Support team with miscellaneous duties as needed.
