Job summary

Elite Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I in Booneville, MS to support clinic growth and efficiency. You will collaborate with the Clinic Director to execute front-office processes, greet patients, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain an organized reception area.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and accuracy across multiple computer programs, with a focus on patient experience and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make all welcome calls
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates.
• Complete quarterly compliance training.
