Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer routine questions, register patients, and maintain records.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Schedule appointments for timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate access.
• Respond to patient inquiries per privacy and safety standards.
• Handle insurance verifications, patient demographics, and video visits as needed.
• Manage high call volumes and route calls to clinical team when appropriate.
