Job summary

The Practice Coordinator at LifeStance Health in South Bend coordinates front office activities and delivers high-quality patient service for in-person and telehealth visits. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment; support engagement activities to promote LFST culture.
• Manage schedule prep for patients; ensure paperwork, billing info, and demographics are complete.
• Conduct general office duties and ensure the practice is clean, organized, and ready for patients and clinicians.
• Greet and check patients in/out; provide front desk support and handle inquiries.
