ExperCARE Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine in Pooler, GA is seeking a reliable Patient Engagement Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) to join our team. You will greet patients and callers, verify insurance, and help keep the front desk organized and welcoming.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a friendly approach in a fast-paced clinic. CPR certification is preferred, and willingness to obtain it if needed.

Formación

• Customer service and communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and callers professionally.
• Complete patient registration and verify insurance.
• Manage multiple phone lines efficiently.
• Collect payments and calculate charges.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage referrals.
• Fax, scan, manage medical records.
• Keep front office and waiting area clean and inviting.
• Support clinic flow and assist teammates.
