Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of front office/clerical experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with medical software a plus.
• Flexible with work hours and attentive to detail.
• Able to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate patient care from initial check-in to treatment and check-out.
• Answer phones and manage electronic scheduling.
• Perform data entry and verify personal/financial information.
• Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records.
• Collect, post, and deposit patient payments.
• Fax, file, and complete other administrative duties as needed.
