• CPR Certification required prior to hire.
• Driver's license may be required for mobility between sites.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients, customers and visitors in person and over the phone.
• Register patients in various systems.
• Answer calls professionally and courteously.
• May collect time-of-service payments and verify insurance coverage.
• May obtain prior authorization for procedures and insurance verification.
