Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to handle front-office duties, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain smooth patient flow. You will join a world-class dental service organization with best-in-class training and flexible scheduling.

You will complete a four-week training program and report to the Manager, helping to build trust and loyalty with patients while delivering compassionate service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and verify patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
