Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front office operations and create lasting impressions with patients. You’ll join a four-week training program and report to the Manager, delivering compassionate service and accurate scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organization.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
