Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in a front-office role. You will support patients, manage appointments, verify insurance, and handle payments with care and professionalism.

Participating in a four-week training program, you will report to the Manager and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic atmosphere while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service and build trust with patients according to policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
