You’ll report to the Manager and deliver compassionate patient service, schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and help with payments. A four-week training program supports success in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
