Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team and deliver outstanding patient service at the front desk. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role and support the practice’s mission of care.

As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll report to the Manager, handle daily front office duties, and help create lasting impressions with patients while ensuring smooth operations and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service and care in line with policies and standards.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
