Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will deliver compassionate patient service, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support daily office operations under the Manager's guidance.

You'll participate in a four‑week training program to ensure you succeed in your role and uphold our standards for accuracy, empathy, and professional conduct within a welcoming dental practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
