Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team in Titusville, FL. The role supports patients at the front desk, coordinating experiences and building trust through service. A four-week training program ensures success in the role.

The Patient Experience Coordinator will manage scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and day‑to‑day front-office duties, reporting to the Manager and contributing to a welcoming practice environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
