Aspen Dental Florida is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will perform daily front office tasks, including scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection, with a four-week training program to ensure success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and process payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
