Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our front-office team. You’ll deliver exceptional patient service, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and balance daily deposits, reporting to the Practice Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
