Responsibilities

• Perform daily front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Support the Manager with additional tasks as assigned and participate in training.
