Aspen Dental in Macon, GA is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Office Manager and perform daily patient-facing tasks to create lasting impressions and trust with patients.

The role includes a four-week training program to help you succeed, with responsibilities such as scheduling, insurance verification, chart organization, and payment collection, all while delivering compassionate care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with attention to detail and time management.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist with front office tasks as assigned by the Manager.
