Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to join our team. You will perform daily front office tasks, participate in a four-week training program, and contribute to a friendly, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
