Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to handle front office duties and create positive patient impressions. Training will run for four weeks to help you succeed in the role.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, balance deposits, and support a friendly, efficient patient experience across the practice. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit cards.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
