Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator in the United States. You will handle front office tasks, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and process payments to ensure smooth visits. A four-week training program is provided to help you succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
