Aspen Dental in Cartersville, Georgia is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to perform daily front office tasks and enhance patient impressions and loyalty. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection, with a focus on compassionate patient service and accurate recordkeeping in a busy dental practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management, organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
