Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team in Newnan, GA. You will report to the Office Manager and perform daily scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient records while delivering compassionate service during visits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, and assist with insurance/payment tasks.
• Balance nightly deposits and process payments as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
