Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front office operations and create positive patient impressions. You will report to the Manager and participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

The role includes scheduling, insurance verification, deposits handling, and daily office tasks, contributing to an efficient and welcoming practice. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
