Job summary

Aspen Dental in Syracuse is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage daily front office tasks and deliver exceptional patient service. You will participate in a four‑week training program to succeed in your role.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payments, balance deposits, and support the Manager in daily operations within a friendly, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
