• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to build trust and loyalty with patients.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per policies and standards.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
