Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Part Time Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will handle front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. A four-week training program helps you succeed in the role.

You will report to the Manager, provide patient services, schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and perform related tasks as needed. Aspen Dental offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
