Aufgaben

• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients
• Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
