Job summary

Aspen Dental Newton, New Jersey is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to join our full-time front office team. You will greet patients, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, and balance daily deposits while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service.

This role includes a four-week training program, competitive pay of $16–$18 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package with PTO, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Provide daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
