Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You’ll deliver compassionate patient service, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help maintain accurate charts.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed, with opportunities for growth within a supportive, team-oriented culture. This full-time role offers competitive pay of $20–$23 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, and a strong emphasis on patient care and community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time-management and organizational abilities.
• Able to work with 18+; front-office duties experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
