Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Coordinator you will perform daily front office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and contribute to a friendly, efficient patient experience. A four-week training program will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
