Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to deliver exceptional front-office support for patients, families and providers at the Montgomery/Somerset SPLIT location. This full-time role requires Monday–Friday shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm with two evening shifts, offering $20–$24 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in medical office setting preferred.
• Knowledge of health insurance preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front office activities and ensure patient scheduling.
• Handle reception duties, medical record prep, report compilation.
• Obtain and track authorizations; manage daily bank deposits for cash.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication with staff and patients.
