Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front desk team in a patient-centric role focused on outstanding service and support. You will be part of a four-week training program to ensure success and alignment with our standards.

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and daily front-office tasks while contributing to a warm, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture across Aspen Dental practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
